We deliver directly to your offices or via Bpost.
In the case of a delivery to your offices, you have the option to specify the exact address and a desired delivery time. We ensure that the delivery takes place within this timeframe.
We use Bpost when there are many different addresses or when the delivery address is outside Belgium. In the case of a Bpost shipment, delivery is made to each recipient's home. If no one is present to receive the gourmet box, it will be forwarded to a relay point near the delivery address. The recipient can pick up their gourmet box the next day! This offers the recipient more flexibility!

From the moment your order is confirmed, we can deliver within 1 to 4 business days, depending on the chosen delivery method and the availability of the products from the producers. We try to respond as quickly as possible to ensure fast and easy service, but we are sometimes dependent on the various service providers we work with, which can cause delivery times to vary somewhat.

The classic boxes are made of brown cardboard and measure 35x22x13 cm. We also have different sizes: large boxes, baskets, gold boxes, mini boxes, etc. The price of your box may vary depending on the packaging you choose, as some materials are more expensive than others. Feel free to ask us for visuals of the different packaging options so you can choose the one that suits you best.

Yes, of course there is no limit to the number of addresses to which we can send the boxes. For example, if you want to send gourmet boxes to the homes of your company's employees, you can provide us with an Excel document with the list of addresses, first names, and last names. We will then create the Bpost labels and send the boxes to the requested locations. For better traceability, it is preferable to send us their email addresses, but this is not mandatory if sending these addresses could conflict with your GDPR policy.

You can assemble your boxes however you like. We offer personalized word designs that we can customize at your request, but you can also provide us with a homemade card that we will add to the boxes. Additionally, you can ask us to include gifts you have given before, such as goodies, movie tickets, etc.

Yes, we can send our boxes to any country, delivered by Bpost. However, the delivery price depends on the recipient's country. For example, delivery to France costs 10 euros, while delivery to Spain costs about 20 euros.

Yes, there is a section for "custom box" on the site where you can choose any item. If you need advice, you can always send an email with your wishes, and we will make suggestions based on your criteria. And if you are a regular user of our boxes, we can always offer you Belgian products that do not come from our usual producers.

All our boxes are vegetarian and many are alcohol-free. We do not have 'ready-made' boxes for other diets, but we can easily create one tailored to your needs.

All our products are 100% Belgian. We try to promote local trade by supporting local artisans and producers. They come from various regions such as Liège, Namur, Brussels, Flemish Brabant, etc. By bringing together products from all over Belgium in gourmet boxes, we aim to highlight the country's terroir and provide a sustainable and healthy alternative to mass-produced products.

Our sample boxes cost between €15 and €120, but we can create custom boxes starting from €10 to €300. There are no standard prices because we want our local products to be accessible to all budgets and preferences.
